Do Toshiba thrive will supports runtime version of java?

Hi, I am using Toshiba thrive tablet from last 1 week and the thing that I have noticed with the tablet is like it doesn’t have the support for the java application with the android 3.1 version running on tablet. So is there any possibility for supporting runtime version of java? Because this environment is necessary now a days. Without that you’ll always feel as there is something missing in the tablet though you have everything, any idea?

I don’t think it will run java programs in fact haven’t heard about it ever before, when I was trying to run such software I was not able to actually. But still we can’t say anything rather it would be better to wait and watch for the newer software released.

It might be possible that they add this feature as well in the newer but for your kind information let me tell you that the feature you are expecting is not available in the android 3.1 version.
