I am using Toshiba THRiVE Tablet and I just downloaded Opera mini from the application market and installed it but when when I run it nothings happens .does Opera mini will not work with my Tabtet or should I install some another browser ??

no opera mini browser will work with your talet what you need to do is downloads some appropriate versone for it or else there are lots of web browsers available in androids markets or else you can go for Droid X , Dolphin HD ,mozilla firefox 6 are some of the best web browser which are easily available In markets.
