Sound very low on Fujitsu Siemens Amilo Xi1546 laptop

Hello I have recently got the Fujitsu Siemens Amilo Xi1546 laptop and I have installed the windows XP operating system under that, everything on the system working fine without any issue but from last one week I am facing the sound issue on mine system. Recently I have installed the Realtek drivers from the official website and after installing the Realtek drivers mine system sound not working at all and when I play the anything I get the low sound on mine system and even some time mine sound not working at all. Can anyone suggest on this issue?

Make sure that you have enable the Audio on the service, if you have not enable the audio on the service and after that you face this issue and so to Make sure audio is enabled go to the start icon on the desktop and after that click on the control panel.
