Lenovo ThinkPad Z61t battery flashing amber light

I am using the Lenovo ThinkPad Z61t from last one year and now I have started getting problem with that. I found that the battery led started rapidly flashing amber. So I turned that off and after a few minutes when I started that again then I get the same thing again. I tried to restart that many times but all the times it was having the same result. Please tell me that what can be the reason for this and how can it be solved. Please reply ASAP. Thank you!!!

It may be because of the dust in the battery so what you can do is remove the battery form it and clean the dust if it is on the battery and then reinsert that properly to its place. So after surfing very long, I decided to get a new battery and installing new battery solves the problem. So it will be better for you to not waste time on all this and get a new battery.
