This is problem with BIOS something is going wrong with your system. It can be anything related to hardware. There can be wrong setting in BIOS which may cause you problem .try to reset bios to its default settings. You can do this by accessing BIOS setting with F1 button .This will open BIOS screen Search for option Reset to factory default setting. Click on it and then save the settings and restart your netbook it can solve your problem.

Yes it is related to BIOS only. Does the clock show time correctly in your system. If it is not showing correctly then it can be problem with your CMOS Battery. The solution provided by is correct but if the CMOS Battery is weak or dead then it can’t save settings of BIOS .There for it will ask again to save the settings. Try to replace battery with new one. It will solve your problem.

It can be due to ram. Please check that ram is placed correctly in the slot in your netbook. It can cause you POST screen problem. If the ram is placed correctly. Then it can be problem with any other hardware component on the netbook. POST is the process which gathers information from all the hardware. So if any hardware is not working it will halt the system. Also your motherboard on netbook can cause such a problem. Please try to contact your hardware vendor if you problem still arise.
