Google+ available on HTC Flyer Circle

Recently, I buy HTC Flyer tablet PC and I must tell you that the configuration of this tablet pc is to be very good. There is HTC Flyer Circle software present on this tablet pc. This is the software that can be indicating the Google+ option. I don’t know the meaning of this option. Please explain me what will be the benefits of this option. Is there any update necessary in this tablet pc. Any type of help or suggestion will be appreciated.
