Nokia E71 FM RADIO does not work with headset

3 month ago I have bought Nokia E71 mobile phone as this mobile is very nice and it has so many features which is useful for office use. My mobile is working perfectly except my FM radio. Now whenever I plug the headset in my Nokia E71 at that time it will give me the message like Connect wired headset to listen to radio but after that radio starts but I am not able to listen it from my headset it only starts in loudspeaker. Please tell me what should I do to fix this.

Well you must be trying some other headsets with your nokia E71 instead of using Nokia original accessories. Try to use original nokia accessories and after that check whether same problem is coming or not. If you are using the original accessories then also this problem is coming then try any other headsets and check whether same issue is coming or not. If you get the same problem after that also then I think you have to check your mobile setting.

When I have tried other headphone in my nokia E71 at that time also I was not getting the sound from headphone and after that I have also tried to solve this problem by doing the restore factory setting in my mobile but after doing that also I was still getting the same problem in my mobile. Now after doing that when I try to play music files at that time I was also notable get voice of music player files from my headphone it was also giving output only from loud speakers.

Well if you are not getting the sound in your headsets while music player also and if this issue is coming with other mobile also then I think your headphone jack might get damaged and it needs to be repaired. it is better you first confirm that other headset is also not working with your device and after confirming that only you have to repair your mobile.
