Acer aspire 6530G is not starting except the flashing of power button

I have Acer Aspire 6530G but since three four days it was not starting at all. Recently I have upgraded the new GFX card that is ATI 4650 MXM II and after that mine system not at all working. Mine system have strange behavior like mine system reboot loop and it is not starting at all. While starting the system I can view flashing of power button. Can anyone help on this? I am using windows XP operating system.

I think you need to look at the RAM or the GPU. I think you have connected the RAM in faulty way therefore I think you need to reset the RAM.
