Micro-max MMX 352 not giving full signal

I have a micro-max(MMX 3520) 7.2Mbps stick I have tried many things but I am not getting full signals . I am just getting 2 out of 5 .

There is a tower aprox. 700m from my place .
Can any body tell me a trick how to make a working Antonina
I am using BSNL

The signal strength depends on the network coverage. So there is nothing much can be done here. There is always an issue with the usb modems which lack better signal strength. I had deal with TATA photon usb modem which gave nice speed in the start but later on the same become weaker and I contacted the customer support for help. They had sorted the issue to some extent only.
