Please check previous discussion on this page: Internet settings for China mobile - Part 1

Are you talking about Chinese iPhone 3GS or Apple iPhone ? If it is Chinese one than you can simply download any games or applications that are made for china mobile. It should work in your device as well. Actually there are no different apps revealed yet particularly for Chinese iPhone. Just download some games attached here and see if it works.

Sorry but you have not mentioned the model of the phone that you are using. Anyway, you can simply search it on google with the model number. I am saying “with the model number” because every model has different pc suit and if you have installed the PC suit for some other model then that will not function for you. I hope that you will get it easily to download.

Welcome to the FORUMS and I would really like you to see the previous replies in this thread and see if you can find anything from there. In addition to this can you please let me know which is the SIM card that you are using on the cell phone. I think that after getting some information on this I will be able to help you a bit. If you are using Airtel then you can simply go with the following procedure here and see if that can make a difference.

I dont think you can make any device capable of WIFI with any kind of application Wifi needs a hardware that come inbuilt with the device and it doesn't get lost when you reset the device. Anyways, if am wrong, remember the name of the app and search it on Google, download and resintall it on your device.

Re: Internet settings for China mobile

    Just try this:
    1. Open Services Menu
    2. Open WAP
    3. Open Settings
    4. Open Edit Profile
    5. Make or Edit a Profile and enter the below values:

    • Rename Profile: As offered by your Network
    • Homepage: As offered by your Network
    • Data Account: As offered by your Network
    • Connection Type: HTTP
    • Proxy Address / Gateway: blank
    • Proxy Port: 9201
    • Username: As offered by your Network generally blank
    • Password: As offered by your Network generally blank
    • Select done, after that save, then Activate profile

I hope these settings are useful to solve your setting issue.

Did you tried the above mentioned steps too and it dint worked ? Alrite, the best way to get the internet settings is directly from your service provider. Just call their customer care and ask them to send the INternet / GPRS settings on your mobile. You will get it through SMS, open SMS, select Save from the options. Thats it.
