My Toshiba Satelite C660-155 won't hold a wireless connection on battery

My new Toshiba Satellite c660-155 has a great wireless connection when on the mains power, but won't hold the signal when I put it on battery power. I keep having to disconnect (it says it's connecting) then connect again and it holds the signal for about 30 secs to a minute then starts "connecting" again, or just plain disconnects. What's going on?

Wifi works fine with main power and drops when on battery ? Very Strange problem. BTW, you haven't mention which OS you using. Anyways, i think you should do a reset to your laptop. Hope, if there might be any small conflict, it will be fixed. For more info, checkout some more topics with same problem. Hope anyone could help you.
