Alienware M17xR3 and M18x internal Speaker not working after using External audio

Hello I have bought the Alienware M17xR3 and M18x and under that I have installed the windows 7. Everything on the system working fine without any issue. Last night I have connected the external audio to listen the song, I have using the SPDIF port and mine system IDT believe that mine headphone are connected but I have already removed the head phone and after that also I have got the same issue. Now I don’t how to solve this issue, can anyone suggest on this issue and so that I can solve mine issue and thanks in advance.

There are lots of reason to this issue and I think you have problem with the motherboard and therefore your getting this issue and so I would like to suggest you to make sure that your motherboard are working properly and if your motherboard not working perfectly then I would like to suggest you to replace the things that are damaged or corrupted. Secondly if your audio jokey not working properly and therefore your getting this issue and so I would like to suggest you to make sure that your audio jacks and after that let me know the issue.

I have faced the same issue on mine system as well and I have tried the lots of solution to solve this issue but none of them helped me to solve mine issue and finally I have roll backed mine driver and after that I have solved mine issue and so I would like to suggest you to roll back your driver and after that let me know the issue. to roll back your operating system you need to go the device manger and under that go to the driver of the sound and then make right click on that and after that select the properties and under that on the propertied roll back the driver.

I think your speaker volume is muted or turned down too low and so I would like to make sure that the speaker volume is not muted or turned down too low and to do this you need to go through the following steps: first make click on the start icon and after that go to the control panel. Now on the control panel got o the Hardware and Sound and after that make click on the Audio Devices and Sound. Now on the Audio Devices and Sound make click on the Adjust system volume and now here make sure that you have speaker is not muted or low and after that let me know the issue.

I would like to suggest you to update the sound card driver and after that let me know the issue. to update this you need to go through the following steps: first you need to open the device manger and to do this make right click on the my computer and after that select the properties. Now on the properties go to the hardware tab. Now on the hardware tab make click on the device manager button. Now on the device manger windows go to the sound card and that is located at Sound, video and game controllers. Now here make sure that your update the driver and if you not then make update by right clicking on the sound card and after that restart your system.

I would like to suggest you to enable sound for the line-in connection and after that your issue will get solved. To do this goes to the start icon on the desktop and after that click on the control panel. Now on the control panel make select on the hardware and sound and after that make click on the sound. Now on the sound make click on the playback tab and under that go to the speakers and then choose the properties. Now on the properties go to the level tab and under that go to the line in tab. Now here make click on the mute button to enable the sound form inline and after that once you done and then click the ok button.

I even have gone through this same problem and have tried lots of solution to solve this problem, but none of them helped me solve the problem of mines and finally I went to manufacturer where I bought system and after they have been the mine issue and have resolved to address mine and so would you suggest I contact the manufacturer or you can contact Dell support and then go through your issue.
