I am suggesting following steps which you can use to fix the matter of mine.
    • You have to copy the certificate file to the Certs.
    • You have to tap on the Gear icon and select the Security and go for Certificates.
    • Now you have to tap on the Import button and click on the Next button.
    • You can use the certificates when creating the VPN profile and Wi-Fi profile.

So try the same and let me know whether it is working or not.

Looking at the problem I am suggesting following instruction which you can try and let me know whether it is working or not.
    1. You have to connect the Playbook of yours and go for the USB port.
    2. Now you have to go for the Settings and go for About and tap on the Network.
    3. You have to note down the autoconfiguration address.
    4. Now you should enter \\169.254.x.x\ into Run on the computer of yours.
    5. You will have the certs folder and copy the certificate and import the same on
the Playbook of yours and let me know whether it is working or not.

I am suggesting following steps which you can use to export the certificates to Internet Explorer.
    • You have to click on the Tools and go for Internet Options and go for Content.
    • Now you have to go for Certificates and Intermediate Certification Authorities.
    • Choose Certificate and go for Export and click on the Personal Information Exchange.

I am hoping that it would be useful to meet the requirement of yours.
