LG Optimus v keep restarting

My LG Optimus V keeps on restarting. I am unable to figure out why. This is a new device and it is giving this problem. I am bit confused why this mobile just keep on restarting on its own. Sometime the phone just stuck on LG Logo and does not move ahead. I want some help here through which I can just fix it. Sometime at the time of talking the phone just reboot on its own.

Can be some problem with the device hardware. Take a full phone backup and run a full factory restore. I think that will be enough to fix the problem. This device has a powerful cpu. It must not restart. But if this is happening constantly then you have to carry the phone to your nearest service center. There is some serious hardware problem in the device. If it is new the take it to the repair center they will fix the problem.

There are three common reason why a device restart. First low battery, second damage operating system files and third defective hardware. In your case check each of this things one by one. See the battery first. If you can arrange a spare battery. If not then just reset the phone as mentioned above. That will restore the firmware which will help. But if this also does not work then the last thing means that the hardware is faulty.
