LG Optimus P500 keeps shutting down

Hello everyone I have recently bought the LG Optimus P500 mobile phone and I am working with this mobile without any issue but from last one week I have issue on my mobile. Form last one week my mobile shut down itself without any warning. Sometime my mobile shut down and after that I can work with that without any issue. After starting phone after that again shut down after some time, now I don’t what to do, can anyone suggest on this issue and so that I can solve my issue.

I have faced the same issue and I think your battery not fully charged and therefore you’re getting this issue. So I would like to suggest you to make sure that your battery working properly and also make sure that battery fully charged. If you have low battery power then you get this same issue and so therefore I would like to suggest you to check out this and after that let me know the issue. I hope so this will help you.

i would like to suggest you the following steps and after that let me know the issue. To do this go main menu of the mobile and under that make tap on the setting. Now on the setting go to the privacy and after that click on the Factory data reset. Now on the Factory data reset make select on the reset phone and when you doing this you get the password confirmation and after that provide and then click the Erase everything to confirm. Now once you done and after that go through your issue.

I would like to suggest you to hard reset your LG Optimus P500 mobile phone and after that let me know the issue. To hard reset your LG Optimus P500 you need to go through the following steps: first turn off the LG Optimus P500 and after that remove the battery and after that gain insert it. Now press and hold the Home and Volume Down button and after the turn on the mobile phone by pressing the power button and after that go through the steps given under that. Now once you done and after that let me know the issue.

I have faced the same issue but none of them helped me to solve mine issue and finally I have decided to contact the customer care of the LG and after that I have contacted them and they have solved mine issue. so I would like to suggest you to make contact with the customer care and after that go through your issue and they will solve your issue. I guess PC Suite 4 is now renamed to LG Air Sync, right ? Anyways, as you aid you deleted it, there is nothing to worry mate. You can download it from below again. Just sign up and download.

After a long time of checking how to fix this, I, finally found it.

I had this error several times, and, I always tried to check where it was the error. I did a factory reset and, suddenly this error stopped. But I needed to know exactly by "doing what" this error appeared.

This error appears in one of this two:

- if you dissactivate the "rotation" in your phone.
- if you dissable bluetooth in your phone

One of those two. If I dissable this two, my phone, in about 1 hour, it suddenly shutdown. But inmmediatly if I enable this options, its stops to crash.

You can toogle this options with the "battery" widget in your phone.
