Guys now I switch my mobile on and then asks me for the lock code but when I write it these stars don't appear on the screen and it can't be written, Anyone can help me ?? .. Thanks in advance

This is because your keypad might not be responding properly. Try to press hard. There should those stars shown on your screen when you type the password. If this does not work then you will need to carry the same to your nearest service center for the fix. It is possible that the keypad is gone dead and you might need to get a replacement for the same.
