1.Goto Start Menu/Run
2.Type del x:\autorun.inf
3.Where x = ur drive's letter
4.Remove pendrive and insert again it would solve ur problem

Would you please specify whether you are facing problems with the seagate or your pen drive? Also can you tell us How are you trying to save the file or files or are you using the method of drag and drop? What kind of file are you trying to copy to the pen drive or Seagate drive? Have you checked connecting both the drive to find out whether it is a drive problem or usb port problem.
