Hp Pavilion dv9500 keep crashing during the startup

I am using the Hp Pavilion dv950 laptop and under that I have installed the windows 7. Everything on the system works fine without any issue but from last two days mine system was not working at all. While restarting mine system i am not able to view anything and mine system was crashing. I have tried lots f time to solve this but I didn’t got the any solution. Now I don’t what to do. Can anyone suggest on this issue and so that I can solve mine issue. Please help me on this and thanks in advance.

As per mine thinks you need to go through your issue on the safe mode and here make sure that you getting issue or not. First I give below steps to restart your system on the safe mode. First restart your system and when you doing this hit the F8 button and when you’re hitting this you will get the boot windows and under that make select on the safe mode. Now once you start your system on the safe mode go through your issue.

Hello thanks for answering and I would be pleased about your suggestion as you said that I have turn on the system on the safe mode and after that when I login I have got the same issue. I have tried several times but I have got the same problem. Now I don’t know what to do. To get ride this issue I have also gone through some threads also but under that I have didn’t got the any issue. Please help me on this and so that I can work with mine system.

With most laptops I've seen this happen from time to time! The easy way to solve this problem is as follows:

1. Disconnect the power cord Laptop
2. Remove laptop battery
3. Wait a short time (10 seconds)
4. Replace laptop battery in the unit
5. Reconnect the power cable laptop
6. Turn on laptop

I would like to suggest you to repair your system and so that you can solve your issue. First insert the installation CD of the operating system and after that restart your system. Now once you restarting hit the any key to boot the CD. Now on the installation windows choose the language that you want and after that hit the next. Now on the installation windows select the repair option and after that go through the steps given under that. Now once you finish this and after that go through your issue

I would like to suggest you to check your system whether your having the virus on your system. Make online scanning n your system and after that go through your issue. If this doesn’t help you then I would like to suggest you to format the all drive and after that install new operating system and so that you can solve your issue.
