Low display brightness in HP HDX16t notebook

There is problem in my HP HDX16t notebook which I have purchased 2 year back. Recently I am noticing that screen brightness has decreased contrasting the first moment while it was provided to me. It is not DIM but you will see the white colored background while working on something like browsing web. But sometime you can’t see properly. I have tried different brightness setting but still there is no use. Also I tried several things regarding the graphics drivers but still it is not resolved. Can anyone give me solution on this?

I previously purchased my laptop to hp service center and they're not persuaded that there's a trouble with display brightness. You'll be capable to notice that the monitor has reduced its brightness while you surf the web and stopover websites through white background. I don't recognize what moreover to explain. I can actually observe the distinction from ahead of. They articulate that if it’s a rear light dilemma, the display will be completely black. They hardly ever meet displays that have diminished brightness. Perhaps now i must just force HP service to carry out a diagnostic analysis.

Here's somewhat besides snooping - whilst the diagnostics are in a row, you can augment/reduce the brightness by the use of FN+Up/Down, and possibly it's just for me. One more thing I'm assuming is if the BIOS brightness settings (there are BIOS settings intended for battery or AC power intensity) are one way or another snooping among the video card's settings, specifically challenging in support of settings.

The majority laptops approach with their personal shortcut keys intended for adjusting the display brightness. You need to look for those combinations to observe if that works. Lest it doesn't, furthermore if you are using Windows Vista otherwise Windows 7, you may well set out to power options and hack the brightness settings in order to your wish. Click on top of Start > Run and type powercfg.cpl. There you will come across screen brightness at the underneath of the panel.
