HP Pavilion dv6 webcam not working

I have a HP Pavilion dv6-1030ca notebook and I have recently bought this notebook and under this I have installed the windows vista. Everything on the system works fine without any issue but I have small issue on mine system. whenever I open the inbuilt webcam I have got the error saying that:” No video device detected. Please plug a video device into your computer”. Now I don’t know what to do. Can anyone suggest on this issue and so that I can solve mien issue. please help me on this.

If you are not able to open the webcam and I'd suggest to open the Smart Media and on your laptop so that you can solve your problem. The Smart Media is also existed in the system since purchasing the system. Because at some point companies to allocate some devices that the original software and can access this device using this software.
