I am using the windows 7 on mine HP pavilion dv1624nr and everything on the system works fine and I don’t have any issue. Last night I have updated mine windows operating system but after that I have faced the black screen on mine system. I have tried several steps to solve this issue but I didn’t have the any solution. Now I don’t what to do. Can anyone suggest on this issue and so that I can solve mine issue.

I would like to suggest you to run your system on the safe mode and after that go through your issue. to run your system on the safe mode you need to go through the following steps: first close the all application on your system and after that restart your system. I have faced the same issue on mine system as well and I would advise you to perform the system file checker and so that you can solve your issue. To do this you need to go through the below steps: first make click on the start symbol on the desktop and after that select the run. now on the run type cmd and then hit the ok button. now on the command prompt type the following and after that hit the enter key from the keyboard.

Sfc /scannow

Now once you finish this and after that restart your system and then go through your issue.
