Nokia E7 Touch screen not working

I had accidentally dropped Nokia E7. There is no physical damage, but the touchscreen has stopped working. I restarted the phone and it worked, but again it stopped. I am not able to figure what thing is causing this problem. The screen freezes many time. I hope this phone is not damaged. It is a new device. What more things I can do that can help to resolve the problem.

Looks there is a bit issue with the internal connection due to which the screen is freezing. It is always better to carry the phone to the official service center. Just don't tell them that you had dropped the phone. Tell them the phone screen just stopped working on their own. They might repair the phone for free. But if not then you have to pay a tiny amount of that. I hope the touchscreen is not completely damage.

If the phone was not under warranty then you can fix it by buying a separate lcd panel from ebay. It is very easy to fix. You can also carry that to any mobile repair shop and they will add that for a tiny fee. But you said that it is under warranty so trying to fix that on your will void that. So better take it to the service center. The most you can do is simply backup the phone data and run a full factory restore. See that if it helps or not.
