Couldn’t resolve host name message on browser

Sponsored Links
I have blackberry. I have found that the Internet application based on the entire playbook was unable to access and display an error message in the browser. The error message can be stated as follows' Error: Could not resolve host. I noticed that bypass the browser is not working well. Let me know if it will be a particular solution to satisfy the requirements of the mine. Thank you very much in advance.

Well looking at the situation that you have provided over here I want to know something that would be useful to get the root cause of the problem. I need to know about more your question can you tell which operating system you’re using and what is your version of Blackberry. Tell me if you have been assigned any NPC in the Smartphone of yours? Let me know the answer to the above questions as soon as possible.

I am suggesting two things you can do and see if any of the suggestion is working or not. Must modify the APN settings in the TCP / IP option for your own. You must also try the wireless server profile that is included in the playbook of yours. You supposed to try to enter the APN settings in the personal profile and see if there is any difference in the situation.

I advise that you must go for the Factory Reset in the playbook and see if it's working or not. You have to use the following statement to carry out the factory reset.
  • You should go to Settings and then have to seek safety.
  • In the security option is to go to the factory clean and enter the confirmation code in the process.
  • Now the device of yours to reboot and see if it's working or not.

I also had the same problem you mentioned here. I made a lot of tricks and make adjustments to get rid of this particular problem. I eventually got rid of this problem. Well, I updated the Blackberry software and playbook where I am having the problem I mentioned here. So try the software update and see if you are any error messages or not. I hope this will help you lot to solve your issue.

If any of these solutions are not working, then I think you need to contact the official service center for further assistance. Let me know if you're having warranty service or not. If you are the same then make sure that the device should have no physical damage will void the warranty service. You should take all the details of the invoice with respect to the purchase of products. I hope this will help you.
