I have recently purchased Nokia E72 and I have small issue from last one week. Everything on the phone working fine but from last one week mine Nokia E72 phone not working perfectly. From last one week mine log information of missed calls, received calls and dialed numbers have been missed. Now whenever I receive or dial any call I don’t get the any log information and I thought I have deleted it but from last one week I have facing this same issue. Can anyone suggest on this and so that I can solve mien issue. Please help me on this and so that I can solve mine issue.

I would like to suggest you to reinstall the firmware and so that you can solve your issue. To reinstall or install the firmware go to the Nokia website and after that make search for the firmware. Now once you get the firmware installation and after that make sure that it is latest firmware. Now once you confirm the latest firmware and after that download and install it on your phone and after that go through your issue. I hope this will help you to solve your issue.

I would suggest the following steps, so you can solve the problem. To do this go through the following steps: first off the phone and having done that, then connect the charger to your mobile phone and once connected the charger will light the screen and then wait for the light off the screen. When the light immediately turns the mobile phone using the power button. Restarting the phone vibrate at startup and then connect the charger and after passing through the problem.

I've been through this same problem and I would suggest to reset your Nokia E72 and that can solve your problem. This requires the following steps: first place in the main menu go to the menu button and then click Control Panel. Now control panel go to the configuration. Now click settings in general. Now, in the general framework to select the factory settings and now you have the option and press the OK button to factory settings. Now, having done that the problem is resolved. I think you need to contact your nearest Nokia care center and so that you can solve your issue. because I have gone through some other issue but I have tried different solution but none of them helped me to solve mine issue and along with mine issue was get more and so I would like to suggest you to contact the Nokia care and after that go through your issue properly and they will find defiantly solve your issue. If the above solution will not help solve the problem and I'd suggest a hard reset or phone and can solve your problem. First make sure that you have taken backup of their data and that when you restore your data will be erased from your mobile phone and then you get nothing. To hard reset your phone, press * # 7370 # and then you get to restore the windows to confirm and then click the OK button. And after that the screen will blank and after that, when the boots and after going through the steps of the attendees.
