Sony Ericsson vivaz unable to play HD video

i am using the Sony Ericsson vivaz and i have small issue on mine Sony Ericsson vivaz. last night i have recorded the video in HD for some seconds and after that when i try to play the video i am not able to play the video. while playing this i have got the error message saying that:"no memory, close some applications" but i have 4.5 GB free on mine memory card. now i dont how to solve this issue. can anyone suggest on this and so that i can solve mine issue.

I would like to suggest you update your phone and so that you can solve your issue. To do thid you need to follow the below steps:

• First go to the official Sony Ericsson site. To go to this make click here.
• Now once you make click on this link you will get the official website and under that go to the software updates/updates.
• Here select your mobile and after that download the all updates and after that go through your issue. I hope this will help you to solve your issue.

Hello thanks for replying and I would be thankful for your suggestion. I have gone through your all steps and I have updated mien phone but after that also I have got the same issue. Now I don’t what to do. Can anyone suggest on this and so that I can solve mine issue. Please help me on this issue and thanks in advance. i have read your problem as you have said in your post that you are not able to play any videos in your sony Ericson vivaz for that i have one solution. First you should check the all the camera setting and confirm that the video file which you are trying to play is compatible with your phone or not? You can check about supported video format with your mobile phone on internet also. After checking that play same format video on your Sony Ericson vivaz. If you are still not able to play video then check the resolution also. After that you will come to know about exact problem. i hope my information will be helpful to solve your problem
