Nokia 7210 is freezing

I have been using Nokia 7210 and I was completely satisfied with it. I never encountered any problem in the first 2 months but later on I noticed that my cell phone started freezing. My phone used to get hanged suddenly whenever I used to capture any image from my cell phone or apply any new theme on my phone. All the files inside the phone used to get deleted automatically; I was not even able to open my inbox. Most of the time my phone used to be freeze at the startup screen itself. I don’t know why this is happening. This problem has been irritating me a lot. Do you think my phone selection was wrong? Can I come out from this problem? If you know how to solve this problem then please help me.

I think there is nothing wrong in your phone selection. The problem that you are facing is encountered by many people using different cell phones. The reasons for this problem could be that the phone memory is not having sufficient space. The phone memory might be full with various data in it. You first need to move some item or data from phone memory to memory card. After that go to music menu, select options->update library. After updating press ok. Your problem will be solved. Your cell phone will never get freezed, it will start functioning as it used to do before.

I read your post and I found that your problem is not too complicated. This problem can be due to be due to some corrupted files or virus in your phone. When you connect your cell phone with your PC there can be some corrupted files that might be copied to your phone. These corrupted files are responsible for your phone getting freezed. To come out this problem I advise you to format your phone and memory card but before formatting take a backup of all those important data that are present in your phone and memory card. After formatting both phone and memory card your problem will be solved.
