Well it seems to me that the Pocket Mac 4.1.25 The Driver is not install on the system and is the reason you are getting the issue related to the same. So now what you have to do here is that try and find this driver and install on your system. I am sure that once the installation is done then you will not face any issues on the same. And the Same will be detected by the laptop that you are using.

Have you tried using the Mysync application which comes for the phone I want you to try it because it is the only one that will help you to get rid of the problem and will do the appropriate connection? I hope that installing the application on the system will allow you to get rid of the problem and that will make you take care of the system and also will allow you to sync the data in between. I have tried this one and it really works so please you have to take a look on the same.

If you are not able to Sync the phone with the laptop that you are using then what I want you to do here is that first see where and disk is provided to you by Blackberry something like PC suite. And if yes then I want you to install the same on the system and then try and connect your phone because it seems to me that if there is no mediator in between them then how they can establish a connection between them. So try that particular disk and see how things goes for you.

Well to solve this issue I want you to just follow the steps which are mentioned below and then see how things goes:
    • Start the laptop that you are using
    • Open the hard drive icon on the Computer.
    • From the left menu bar, select Applications, And Then open PocketMac Sync Manager.
    • After that you have to select Uninstall PocketMac.
    • And if it is prompted for un-installation then you need to confirm the same.
    • After that click on quit.
    • Now a gain I want you to open hard drive icon on the Computer.
    • Now go to the user folder and current user ID
    • Click the Home icon to continue.
    • Open the Library folder, And Then Open the Preferences folder.
    • Delete the file PocketMacBlackberry.plist.
    • Delete the file PocketMacAdvancedPreferenceData.plist.
    • And last but not the least Delete the file PocketMacSyncManager.plist.
    • Open the Library folder, And Then Open the Application Support folder.
    • Delete the PocketMac and PocketMacSyncManager folders.
    • After deleting the same I want you to just Run the Fix Disk Permissions utility
    • And after doing it you will definitely able to get the access over the phone through it.
