Acer eMachine 350-21G VS HP MINI 110-3001TU

HI friends I was using the HP laptop and I lost it because of that now I am looking to buy new laptop and I was searching the laptop which match with my budget and my other requirement and after that I am confused with two laptops. One is Acer eMachine 350-21G and other is HP MINI 110-3001TU. Now I am confused with these two laptop. Please reply me with some suggestion and tell me which one I can go for. According to me you should buy the HP MINI 110-3001TU it is very nice option to buy. It comes with the windows xp, service pack 3. It supports up to 2GB (DDR) RAM with Processor of Atom with 1.83 GHz and give very user-friendly keyboard. And it comes with the 6 Cell Li-on battery which is quite good. After reading all your replies finally I have decide to buy the HP MINI 110-3001TU. Because have to run the professional software in my laptop and I came to know that with netbooks I cannot do that so I think HP MINI 110-3001TU is the more convenient option for me and I am going to buy this only. your replies were really helpful for me and I really appreciate your help.
