Sirius XM app is not working on HTC Evo

I am having HTC Evo from past couple of month. Well I have installed Sirius XM app on the phone of mine. this particular app is installing on the phone without any issue. However this particular app is not loading any station on the phone of mine. Let me know if you are having the similar problem like me and also let me know if you are having any suggestion to fix the problem of mine. Thanks a lot in advance.

Very first thing I would like to suggest over here is to perform a soft reset on the phone of yours. you need to do restart the phone when you are looking to do soft reset. Well you should press and hold the power key of the phone. Once the phone is restarted you need to see whether you are having any issue or not. if power button is not working then you should remove the battery and reinsert the same after few minutes.

I am suggesting the following instruction which you should use to fix the problem of yours.

1. You should dial ##3282#
2. Now you need to go for Edit mode.
3. Enter MSL and then select Advanced
4. You need to change the HTTP PD proxy to 0 and HTTP PD proxy to 0.0.0.

Looking at the situation which you have provided over here I am suggesting that you should go for Firmware upgrade of the phone which you are using currently. If you are going to do the so then you need to back up all the data from the phone memory before doing firmware upgrade on the phone. Once you have done with the firmware upgrade you can restore the backup on the phone of yours.

I think you need to get the update for the app which you have installed on the phone of yours. Well you need to visit the official website and look if any updates are available or not. if there is updates is available and then you should simply download and install the phone of yours. I am highly suspecting that this particular problem is occurring due to bug issue in the app which you have installed on the phone of yours. Well I am suggesting that you should file a bug report to the developer of this particular app. The developer of the app would work on the situation and fixed the bug and release the patch for the same as early as possible.
