Samsung GT-B3210 Freezes When I try to call or send text

I am having a little trouble with my Samsung GT-B3210. Whenever I try to make a call it freezes as soon as I press the call button. When I try to send a text,I can see the sending screen and the rotating image stops after rotating once. It then shuts off the mobile and restarts. I have had this phone for around 5 months, and this probably only recently started (around 2 weeks ago.

Its definitely due to some conflict in the firmware. Not a huge problem. What you need to do is download Samsung PC Suite and update your device's firmware. It will take hardly 30 minutes and you will be done. But before, that if it is under warranty than please dont try anything doing yourself, just take it to the service center. They wont charge you anything and will be fixed.
