how to connect TENGUE N8tv china mobile through usb cable and select com port option

Dear expert,
I recently bought TENGUE N8tv (China Mobile) and when I am connr\ecting to PC trough data cable and selecting the com port option, nothing happens in pc i.e. pc is not detecting the usb. Any reason ?

Also please let me know if any software or driver, which can be used to access internet through this mobile.

I have never heard about the mobile phone model that you have with you? Do you know what is the chipset used in the mobile phone or does it comes from a branded manufacturer? I think you will have to read through the mobile phone manual and check whether it supports the pc connection or not. As many of us might be knowing, china mobile phone lack hardware and software support and therefore lack pc connectivity.
