Will HTC One XL releasing outside AT&T

I have heard lot about this phone and actually thinking of getting one of me , I actually very impressed with the snapdragon s4 that this phone but the problem is that I can wait for it to be released on the AT&T , actually I can afford to but the one outright , so dose HTC One XL which is similar to the AT&T version is releasing outright that has the LTE. is there any one here can tell me anything about this I will be really be appreciate this , I have looked everywhere but not able to find anything about this .

Well I am not sure about this I guess that it is suppose to an international release of this phone for the HONG KONG and some other market , not sure of the releasing before the AT&T date . can try to get that one if possible . also heard that rogers are bringing the phone in soon but I am not sure that the phone is will connect to all of at&ts radio bands? And if there will be any possibility of unlocking it .
