Cpu upgrade suggestion for Satellite L305-S5941

I need help with upgrading the processor of Satellite L305-S5941. This belongs to one of my colleague who wants to upgrade this so that he can get a much faster rate of processing on that. I had gone through the specification but as this is a laptop it was not easy to determine that which cpu is the best suitable for high performance. There are ample of mobile processors. I also do have the compatibility chart of the system which comes mostly with the laptop manual. The laptop is quiet old and for the same I am looking for a reasonable price.
