Maps not getting downloaded from OVI suite in Nokia C7

In these recent days I am trying to load American maps on my nokia C7 all the way through the Ovi suite which is present in the laptop, with my C7 connected using usb. The whole thing work but I am unable to download the America maps. I have updated the entire possible thing in the mobile phone and in on the laptop of mine but I think that it is of no use. Ovi suite runs well and recognizes the nokia C7. Also the synchronizing process is been working fine. When I switch above to maps by means of the Ovi suite on the laptop I can select America in that column. I then select America to download in the after that column and it begin to get ready and that is as extreme as it gets. I have cleared it through the firewall but still nothing.

Did you tried doing the update process in the Mobile which you are using, I think that the update that you have done in the previous update is not been working in a proper way, so I think that you just do the update process can see that you have a stable update and which is not having any of the bug that is present in it, once you have done this in the mobile then do the same thing for the OVI suite that is present in the laptop of yours and try the thing that you were doing in it, I think that this will help in coming out of the problem that you are facing in it.

Hi, I am also facing this kind of the problem in the mobile of mine, the thing is that when I am asking for the download of any of the country apart from America it is giving the solution that I want to see, but when I go for the location of the America then it just get stuck, I am not able to understand why this kind of the problem is happening in it, also some of the time the downloading procedure get stuck for a long time, and once it is been done it will start after a long time.

Just give a call for the Nokia 1300 number. They advised me that everyone, even the whole process is there to download maps of Australia, which maps are loaded on your server OVI. The basic jist was to keep trying every day. Stayed away from the iPhone, but should have gone for it. Apple is all that Nokia is not when it comes to support and delivery of good software. Just give a try and see what is happening in it, once this is done then the problem that you are facing will be removed.

Hello there, I am also facing the same kind of the problem in the downloading of the maps from the internet with the help of the mobile, I have an OVI suite which is present in the computer, and the phone is connected with the help of the USB, but the thing is that I am trying to get the Map of Asia which when I try to download it is around 425MB size when it is been downloaded from the internet in the computer, but the problem is that when I am downloading the map, it just get stuck and also the download sometime fails. So I am not able to know where the main problem is been happening in it.
