Unable to hear sound while calling from Nokia C5-03

This is my second nokia c5-03 mobile handset that I have taken after the replacement of the first one; the first one was not working because it was having the speaker problem present in it. But sometime I am not able to hear any of the sounds in the microphone. Like when I get a call I am unable to hear anything from the front but the caller can hear me with a perfect sound quality in it. To overcome the problem I have to switch off the mobile phone, take out the battery and reboot after this it start working again for some days. Again the same problem will occurred after some days. It is really frustrating as I am not able to find out when the device is working properly and when it is not working, so can you help me in finding out the exact problem in it.

I think that must be some loose connection in the device which you are using, many people face this kind of the problem in the device, as they are very delicate and a bit of the jerk that would have provided to it, will create a lot of problem to the device, so in my knowledge just go for the replacement of the device, as it covered in the warranty period so that you will not face more problem because of that, also the connection which must become loose is due to the rough handling that is become or because of the bad device that is provided to you.

Hi there, first of all I want to thank you for the answer that you have provided to me in a short notice time, I had gone to the nokia gallery regarding the problem that I am facing and also did the same thing that you have told me to do, but the executive in the nokia care centre told me that there was some problem in the Sim card that I am using, it is really frustrating as I think that the problem is not in the Sim card that I am using, if it was the problem of the simcard then how am I able to hear the sound properly when it is on loudspeaker, the problem is in the headset where I am not able to hear properly. I think they are afraid of me as this is the second time I have come for replacing the device and I can take a legal action with them, but still they have the guts to just give such a silly reason of the sim card.

The thing that you can do is just give them a live demo of the problem that you are facing like that they say that the problem is in the sim card right, then tell them to give any of the sim of their choice which is working fine with them, and after that connect it to the device and see the voice quality by giving a call to any of the number of your choice. The whole thing will be cleared and they will be nowhere to go and they have to change the device or provide an service which is free of cost to you for the problem that is happening in it.

Just give a try and see that what happens with it, just go to the service provider center of the sim card and ask them to see the problem that is happening in the sim card if it present in it, I know all this tactics they will just make you dance here and there, but they will not help in the problem that you are facing, but it may be the sim problem so just give a try and see with the new sim that is present, this will make sure that all the problem is weather in the sim card or in the mobile phone that is present, but I will go with the mobile phone as this kind of the problem mostly comes in the mobile phone.

The problem that was present in the mobile in the past is been eliminated, but a new problem is been present in the mobile, this time I am not able to change songs and the radio stations from the headsets that is present with me, I don’t know when this problem will be solved, I think that I was happy with the old handset only, it would not give me so much problem in it. The only thing that I can do with this is to receive calls from the headsets. The headset that is provided to me is by the company, but now I am not able to find the problem that I am facing in it.

again the same step to be followed my friend, I think that the time that you have taken the phone was the worst for you, you have changed the mobile phone around two time and it is still having the problem in it, so just tell the provider of the device to provide you with a better tested device which is not having any of the problem present in it, so just see that all the device are been provided to you in a proper manner.
