Unable to view video in my samsung 3310

I am not view any video in my samsung mobile phone 3310. I don't know what is wrong with my phone earlier I was able to view all videos in my phone recently i started facing problem with my phone. I have converted few video to mp4 format and also in 3gp format. But while playing the video am getting error message "Unsupported File Format". I am not sure why this happening after converting the videos.

Well try to play the files which actually supported in your mobile phone, and if the supported files are not played in your mobile then there is something wrong in the application, hence you have to restored your mobile phone to factory settings this may resolve your problem.

Sometime it happens with the extension of file format like 3gp and mp4 the version are not correct. I am not sure about the mp4 file format, you can download the 3gp video converter and install it in your computer. You can convert any video to 3gp converter.
