Unable to start Net TV

Hi I have been using Philips Net TV for a while now. It worked fine till yesterday. But today morning when I switched it ON it gave me this weird error message: “To complete Net TV sign-in, please switch your TV set off and on again”. Every time I am trying to start it, this message is displayed. What could be the reason behind this? Please Help!! Anyone with any solution, please reply. This thing is annoying me now.

I would suggest you to check your connections first. Check if all the wires are properly inserted to their respective locations. It is possible that you may be getting fewer signals. I would suggest you to call up your internet provider and ask him about the cause for your trouble. Or you can contact the Philips Customer Support service for the appropriate answer of your query. Hope by doing this your problem will be solved.

I don’t think there must be any signal issues, as the TV was place at the same position yesterday. And it worked all fine. The problem started by morning only. Also I checked my connections. There is no glitch in between anywhere. Connection also seems to be fine. I contacted my Internet Service Provider (ISP), and he confirmed that there is no connection issue from his side. There may be some problem directly from the server side. God knows when this problem will be solved.

Hey like you many people are facing this problem, including me. And I talked to the Philips tech support guys and they confirmed that there is some issue from their side. They are performing a resets of all their systems, which will restore the portal and surely solve the issue. They also said that they are sorry for the inconvenience created to their customers. Hope they really are and will clear the issue as soon as possible.

It seems like Philips Customer Support staff works very fast. The problems faced by all the Philips Net TV users was rectified and solved within few hours of complaint. Like everyone else I was also facing this problem and it feels so good after everything was back to normal. Hope all this problem doesn’t occur in future and if it do by any chance then expect the Philips Tech support staff to inform us about their ongoing work in advance. Enjoy everyone!!!
