SteelSeries, specializing in products for gamers, will market two new revisions of its headsets "7H" and "Siberia V2. They are mainly suitable for iPod, iPhone and the iPad. For this, they have a single 3.5 mm jack to record the audio, and voice to the microphone. These two models are primarily designed for users often listening to music or watching movies from their mobile device. At the design point of view, the 7H is similar to other headsets SteelSeries, whose black color is highlighted by silver plastic strips on the earphones and the headband. The headset consists of three parts and has a folding microphone headset from the left, as the 5H v2.

7H model is far from being a originality, since it is already in the catalog of the mark since last year. It uses the same design with a padded headband in order to increase comfort. There are also two speakers with the opportunity to opt for material pads for comfort, or leather, depending on what the brand would reduce outside noise. 7H model is far from being a novelty, since it is already in the catalog of the mark since last year. It also kept its dis-assembly system into four parts, which should ensure easy transport. As for the tiny microphone, it is covered within the right atrium, while retractable. Unfortunately, the manufacturer does not provide information on technical characteristics, although there are chances that they are not changed from those of the first version. The only difference therefore rests on the connection that is realized only through a single cable audio jack 3.5 mm. It has a volume control audio (speakers and microphone) and also the wired remote.

The 7H is available in 2 versions. When using the headset 7H 3.5 mm, the microphone quality was excellent, the sound quality, meanwhile, is perfect and overall the audio is pleasant. The lack of Bass does not feel nearly unlike helmets Z2 or Specialist. When we used the USB dongle, the quality of the microphone has greatly deteriorate. Unwanted sound and noise around DC we were able, and, even when the room had become relatively quiet. Our test subjects Counter-Strike did not win the exchange either. The dongle has made the noisiest helmet.
