Help in selecting a good phone under 20k

Hi everyone,Im planning to buy a new phone soon and was hoping you could give me some tips on which phone to buy.
I need it to be under 20k,have a good camera with good quality of stills and video and have an android OS.

Well, as per my interest if i need to buy an Android phone, i will go any one of these: LG Optimus P500, Sony Ericsson XPERIA X8, Samsung Galaxy 3 i5801, HTC Wildfire, Garmin-Asus A10 and Moto Defy.
