Need MSN Messenger for iPad

Actually I am a big user for the MSN messenger along with my family. So I am looking for the same but for the ipad version. I have got one for the MAC but the issue is that through this I am only able to chat with only one person. So regarding the same if you have any suggestion so plsae help me. And please try to do this as soon as it is possible for you guys. I just want to thank you in advance. Anybody run across anything?

I will go ahead and upgrade to IPAD, since it make full utilize of the property.
