How to solve error 3194 on ipod touch

I am having iPod Touch 8GB with me. I am getting error on that. I want to restore but still it fails and not giving me a proper output. The error code that I am facing is error 3194. I want some help to get rid of this problem it was working fine before. Whenever I try to connect to internet I am getting this error and nothing works. I am bit confused what the problem is. What does this error means and how to fix it.

The error usually appear when you are trying to update the device or where there is some problem with iTunes. Sometime a new version of iTunes or any third party app that you are trying to use on the device is not compatible. And you get the error. For that you have to downgrade the software. That means using a older version. If you are using iTunes here then just remove the current one and install a old version. I think that will be enough to fix the issue. You will not have to do anything else.

Backup your files from the device first and then run full restore. I think that will fix the problem. You can go in the settings and run full factory restore. That will be enough to fix the problem. Then try to reconnect. You will have to run the latest software update on your device if possible. You might be using a outdated version of iOS and facing the problem. Just run a update through iTunes and check back.
