Nokia N900: Stuck when Extracting NitDroid-0.0.8-Popov.tar.bz2

Just got a 16 GB SD card furthermore I am seeing to look into several other operating systems on my Nokia N900, NitDroid as well as Meego later on at what time more function are accessible. I am in doubt what further steps I would require to add one more two GB partition for the meego Operating system?. I would like to know what SDcard you are using. As most of the SDcard are not compatible with Nokia N900. However I will recommend you to try the updated installer. To download this installer you can go to http://downloads.nitdroid.com/nitinstaller/ and select to download nitdroid-installer_0.2.7_armel.deb which is the latest one, let me know about the result. So that I can provide further help.

Thank you for your suggestion. As you have recommended trying the latest patch. I have already tried that installer but still have the same problem. I am making use of SanDisk 16 GB card. I have done a quick search on the Internet about the SanDisk and it seems that there is some problem with this card. Does anyone know any fix for this, if yes so please let me know as soon as possible.

• When trying Formatting mmcblk1p2 it states FAILURE. Bailing out.
