Nokia N900: overclocking through auto installer nitdroid

With the help of auto installer nitdroid when i attempted power.conf/delete power management from init.nokia.rc my Nokia N900 continuously restarting on boot-up or at the beginning of the startup wizard but with previously files ok. On previous flying world guidebook installation of the power.conf etc worked fine but currently does not installing properly. Now through nitdroid functioning with standard clock speeds (not removed power management or used power.conf) is it probable to overclock now, With the help of similar method or perhaps by editing init.nokia.rc min-max frequencies setting? would like to do overclocking but not convinced if can or if it is required in latest build ? so please reply me on this post.

By default it is overclocking to 750. To amplify, edit power.conf in /system/etc. You can modify maximum clock speed but you will need to get rid of some of the avoid frequencies also. Try out this it might help you out to solve your problem.
    Code:
Mount sd card to /and then edit
    mount device/mmcblk1p2 /and
    nano /and/system/etc/power.conf

With the help of the below code and I have 500-900 similarly I perform on maemo power 40. Have removed avoid frequencies to counterpart my maemo setup though yet you will require to test it.
    Code:
    # root
    # Power management arrangement file
    #

    # Power save configuration
    enable_off_form 1
    sleep_while_idle 1
    clocks_off_while_idle 1
    voltage_off_while_idle 1

    # Automatic voltage scaling
    scaling_governor ondemand
    scaling_maximum_freq 900000
    scaling_minimum_freq 500000

    # Device load threshold
    up_threshold 96

    # DVFS sampling speed
    sampling_rate 150000

    # DVFS functioning points
    vdd1_opps_vsel 30 30 38 48 48 54 60 60 60 64 64 68 68 72 72
    dsp_opps_speed 90 90 180 360 400 430 430 430 430 500 500 500 500 520 520

I think that power.conf changes are everlasting, be careful on over clocking that you primary find the right frequency as well as voltage in maemo first. Test this by playing/watching a small game/movie and appear at artifacts or video's that stop playing superior the voltage through 1 step, there are great tutorials at maemo site. I believe the majority people are with predefined configurations and don’t desire to use up time on testing. I did test my N900 for not many days and finished being plenty of less power starving the only big problem is using 2G/3G/ 3.5G modem modules as well as gps wifi.

I mean you will need to type the following code i inside the x terminal for this you will need to get the access of the root user:
    Code:
    Sudo gain root
     # Root access permitted
     # mount /device/mmcblk1p2 /and ‘ (currently this one to obtain power config?)
     # leafpad power.conf ‘ (between these appearance of command?) to go to the power.configuration place.
     # nano /and/system/etc/power.conf
