Samsung Galaxy 3 T479 wont Sync to PC through Bluetooth

I purchased Samsung Galaxy 3 T479 mobile I am attempting to sync it up through my PC by the use of Bluetooth. The Bluetooth on my PC works well syncing to my Palm PDA and the cell phone syncs to the Palm PDA also. This is how I recognize the the Bluetooth on the computer is working and the Bluetooth on the mobile is working. When I check for new devices from the PC, it notices the Galaxy 3 (with my Palm PDA), but when it attempted to connect, it provides me an "authentication failed" fault. It is assumed to send a prompt to the mobile phone for verification, but the mobile phone in no method gets it. So anybody know about this why this is happening?
