Acer aspire 5741 not charge

Aspire 5741 a laptop from Acer in which the battery gave up the spirit (at least I thought), bought me a new battery, but this did not load, so I brought it back and said he would defect. As my colleague has the same laptop with him and the battery was dead (allegedly), we have both ordered 2 new batteries, and lo and behold, both batteries were not even load the laptop with me still with my colleagues. From my experience of HP, I can tell you even check the included AC adapter should. On my HP, the 1.5 years in 2 times already given up the spirit and I'm (still with me in the frame of the guarantee) new, of course, come let me.
