I bought a laptop ACER Aspire 5611 AWLMI in November 2008. I started having problems in December and since it does not stop. I have this PC and currently i am using it for backing up data, I have already connected it to the Internet. when I went it to turn on Compaq Laptop but it was frozen I could not access the bios or enter safe mode, the keyboard was not responding. I opened the PC and saw that the fan was unhooked so I thought that was the cause of the crash. I took the harddisk and tried it on another PC, here spent the Compaq screen but windows started restarting continuously. What could be the problem. Please help me to get it fixed.

When you say the fan is unhooked it does not work.
