Intel MeeGo Tablet Specification, Release Date and Price

I need to know about Intel Meego tablet about which i come to know while surfing on the Net this morning but after looking for several our i am unable to find the price and specification of the same and what is the Release date for this device. If you are having any knowledge about same then so let me know about it. A help may be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
