Unable to view MMS in HTC Desire

I am using HTC Desire from past 6 months and I am facing very strange problem with the phone of mine. Well I am unable to view MMS if someone sends me. Whenever I try to view the MMS the screen turn in to black. I am really frustrated with this situation. Please tell me if you are having the same problem and any suggestion will be greatly appreciated. I am waiting for your prompt reply. Thanks a lot.

Well I am having something that you can try to overcome from this situation.You have to Select Settings and go for Menu. Now go for Applications in to Menu. Now choose Manage Application. Now you should tap on Soft Menu key and choose Filter and click on All. Now navigate to the Messaging App and select the same. You have tap on Clear Data, Clear Defaults and Force Stop. Now you have to power cycle the phone. Once you have finished you should check whether you are able to see MMS or not. I am hoping it will help you out to solve the matter.

If above mentioned suggestion is not working then I think you should try the following and I think it will help you to solve the matter. Well you have to navigate to the Messaging Application. You have to search for Menu soft key. Now click on the Settings. Now you will again see the Menu soft key simply tap on it. Now choose Restore Default Settings. I am hoping that above mentioned steps will be help you out from this situation.

I was having the problem with MMS in HTC Desire but it was little bit different. Well I was unable to download the MMS which I was received from the person who have sent me. I tried the following settings. Luckily it worked for me and I am not having any problem while downloading the MMS after applying the settings. Well you have to click Messages and go for Menu. Now select Settings and Choose Maximum Message Size. Here you have to set the size of the message up to 600kb. I am hoping that above mentioned solution will help you out from the problem.

I am suggesting you that you should try with third party application in order to solve the matter. I think you should try with Handcent. Well it’s a free application which is compatible for the Android based mobile phone. It is available on the internet. Its highly customizable so you can easily fulfill your requirement.
