Nokia c3 charging problem

I have purchased new nokia c3. This phone is really awesome but the only problem is this mobile is taking too long time to get fully charged. Its alerting 'mobile not fully charged, charging' as well during charging.

As per made on the official website of Nokia it says that the battery of the phone need around 4 hours to get charged fully. It only works if your battery is entirely empty. For that first you must let the battery drain completely. This is called as calibration. Do not charge your phone and let the battery drain completely. After when your phone is turned off attach the charger. Let it charge for 4 hours. If still the same issue then your battery is leaking the charge. You will need a replacement for that.
