Nokia C6-01 restarts automatically

Hi all. I have bought a new Nokia C6-01 phone and gifted it to my brother on this Christmas. It is a very good phone and many of my friends are using the same and not having any problem with that. I don’t know why but my Nokia C6-01 phone keeps on hanging randomly and restarts. It does not happen to normal conditions. It only happens while typing the messages; navigate with ovi store or simply changing the desktop view. Please tell me that why this is happening to me and how can I solve this issue? Thank you.

It may be due to the outdated firmware. So check for the firmware that your mobile is using. If there is updated firmware available on internet then install that to your phone. There are more chances that installing the updated firmware will solve the issue for you.
